Refund policy


***RETURN and REFUND***

For online purchases, Flore K. will issue a refund for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. 

All earrings are final sale. Necklaces and bracelets are non-returnable if the plastic cover on the pendant has been removed. Handbags are non-returnable if the plastic on the metal shell has been removed. All other products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original packaging and tag on the item. 

Each product must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery. All refunds will be credited within 14 days of the receipt of the return.

Products that have been worn, or show the slightest sign of use, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. 

Flore K.  reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above return requirements at Flore K's sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Exchange: 

  • We do not offer any exchange services at this time.


Customers who want to exchange a product for another one on the website, should simply return the previous purchase and order the new product.

At this time, all international orders are final sale.
